This Privacy Policy describes how AdamGenix Corp. (the “Site” – AdamGenix.com – or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared or that was collected by us as specified below. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. If you contact us directly for Customer Service purposes, we may collect additional information.

- Purpose of collection: to provide customer support services.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: as we use our own Customer Service Department, we do not share this information with any other third-party.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

We share your address with our suppliers in order for your purchase to be processed.

Our processors Moneris and PayPal uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
